Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the YT Streamer iOS application ("the App") operated by SoBytes Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using YT Streamer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

YT Streamer is an iOS application that enables users to live stream video content directly to YouTube from their iPhone. The App connects to your YouTube account via Google Sign-In and uses the YouTube Live Streaming API to broadcast content.

3. Account Requirements

To use YT Streamer, you must:

• Have a valid Google account
• Have a YouTube channel that is enabled for live streaming (this requires verification by YouTube)
• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
• Comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use YT Streamer only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Stream content that violates YouTube's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
• Stream content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Stream content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Use the App to distribute malware or engage in any form of hacking or unauthorized access
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services or YouTube's services

5. YouTube and Google Services

YT Streamer uses YouTube API Services. By using the App, you also agree to be bound by:

• Google Privacy Policy

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or YouTube. YouTube and Google are trademarks of Google LLC.

6. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• All content you stream using the App
• Maintaining the security of your Google account credentials
• Ensuring your streams comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Any consequences arising from your streams, including copyright strikes or account suspensions by YouTube

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SoBytes Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the content you create and stream through the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any issues with YouTube's services, including streaming outages or API changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoBytes Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of YouTube's Terms of Service
• Illegal or harmful activity
• At our sole discretion for any reason

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
