Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Cubr 3D iOS application ("the App") operated by SoBytes Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cubr 3D, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Cubr 3D is an iOS application that provides a 3D puzzle cube simulator with realistic touch controls, a challenge mode with timer and leaderboard, and built-in solving algorithms for learning. The App functions entirely offline and does not require an internet connection or user account.

3. User Requirements

To use Cubr 3D, you must:

• Have a compatible iOS device
• Have downloaded the App from the Apple App Store
• Comply with Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Cubr 3D only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SoBytes Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The 3D graphics, animations, algorithms, and user interface design are proprietary to SoBytes Limited.

6. Leaderboard

The challenge mode leaderboard is stored locally on your device. Leaderboard data is not shared with other users or transmitted to any server. You are responsible for any name you enter on the leaderboard. Names that are offensive or inappropriate are not permitted.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the solving algorithms represent the only or optimal methods for solving a puzzle cube.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoBytes Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the App, and to terminate or suspend access to the App, at our sole discretion without prior notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
